2Elements Windsurf and Kitesurf Centre is Coconut Bay’s water sports school run by instructors who have more than 20 years of combined wind and kitesurf training under their belts. All of our instructors are qualified by the International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) and Royal Yachting Association (RYA). They patiently teach Coconut Bay guests of all levels how to harness the strength of the wind and water and feel confident with the equipment.

2elements is managed by Chris Haysey, who is an IKO senior level 2 Kitesurf Instructor. He also holds the highest windsurf instructor certification, Senior Advanced Plus through the RYA. He came to St. Lucia in search of the perfect kitesurfing location, and decided to teach exclusively for Coconut Bay because he found the resort's beach to be the best kiting location in the world. He has offered private kitesurfing lessons at some of the premier locations around the world including Egypt, Tobago, Margarita, Turkey, Greece and is now happy to make St. Lucia his home.

Andrea was born in Budapest Hungary in 1979. Following her high school education she studied tourism and hotel management. Whilst working at the Hotel Dos Mares in Tarifa Spain she got the windsurf & kitesurf bug and has never looked back. A qualified kitesurf instructor with vast experience gained in South Africa, Costa Rica, Brazil, Portugal, Spain and of course Saint Lucia. As well as her mother tongue she speaks fluent English, Spanish & Portuguese.

Aged 27 and born in Saint Lucia, he joined 2Elements in February 2010 as a Beach assistant. From the very beginning it was clear that he had natural ability and determination to be a top Kitesurfer and became St Lucia's first. With help and tuition from Chris and Franck he won the amateur round of the St. Lucian Kite Fiesta, which was a fantastic achievement. By the summer of 2010 he became a qualified kite instructor. He is totally dedicated to the sport & trains at every opportunity to master freestyle moves. This brought him and 2Elements success in March 2011 when he won the Pro Event of the St. Lucian Kite Fiesta and became the first Saint Lucian Kite Surf Champion!

Assistant Instructor & Beach Assistant joined 2Elements in December 2010. He reached his IKO Level 3 by February 2011. Currently on an instructor training program with the aim of being fully qualified by the winter 2011/2012 season.
