With several dining options, Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa offers something for every palate. Guests can choose to dine at one of three restaurants, a beach grill or snack counter at the resort.
COCONUT WALK
Located adjacent to the airy lobby, Coconut Walk is Coconut Bay’s main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The casual buffet-style dinning room features an internationally inspired menu to ensure all guests have a variety of culinary options to choose from. Breakfast consists of everything from an omelet station to bacon and eggs to a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and cereals. For lunch, guests can choose from fresh salads, soups and hot entrées. Dinner at Coconut Walk has a 14-day rotating menu, so even guests staying longer than a week can experience an assortment of daily choices. Head Chef Andy has put his personal touch on all dishes to give meals that home-cooked taste.
SILK
Modern Asian cuisine is served at Silk* where red décor, superb service and fresh ingredients set the mood The Chinese chefs specialize in fusing local ingredients into Mandarin-inspired dishes. Seating schedules accommodate both families and couples. Reservations for Silk must be made in advance in the lobby.
BELLIAGO
Belliago* offers Coconut Bay guests a variety of Italian entrees ranging from beef, lamb and chicken to pasta and vegetarian dishes. The elegant setting and relaxed atmosphere make it one of Coconut Bay’s most popular choices. Reservations for Belliago must be made in advance in the lobby.
When looking for a snack or a light meal, guests have two options. BITES For a quick snack while taking a break from the water park, Bites Beach Grill serves up burgers, chicken, fish and Panini sandwiches, along with Pizza, fries and salads. The Katz Meow satisfies those craving a snack with hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and cotton candy.
